Our 18-Month Roadmap

Our current MVP proves that AI can radically accelerate analysis. But for consultants, speed without trust is worthless. The market is saturated with opaque "black boxes."

 

Our strategy is not to build a more powerful AI, but the first reliable and transparent AI . We are moving from the "Black Box" to the "Glass Box," the future operating system (OS) of strategic consulting.

Stage 1 (months 1-5): The "Glass Box" Foundation

Gaining trust.

  • We are migrating our technology from simple vector storage (Pinecone) to a powerful knowledge graph (Neo4j) .

  • Consultants see for the first time why AI draws a conclusion, tracing each idea from source to deliverable. We also deliver the .docx export for an immediate ROI.

Stage 2 (months 6-12): The collaborative experience

Create stickiness

  • Nestor is transitioning from a solo tool to a collaborative platform .

  • We are launching the dual interface : a complete "workshop" for the consultant and an interactive dashboard for their client.

  • We are deploying Capitalization (Enhanced RAG) : each firm uploads its past assignments and proprietary methodologies. The AI then adapts to their unique "style".

Stage 3 (months 13-18): The ecosystem and the network effect

Building our "moat" (competitive advantage)

  • We create a "flywheel": the AI starts writing its conclusions in the graph, learning from each mission.

  • We are launching a marketplace of methodologies to create a network effect, a public API for integrations (Slack, Jira) and new specialized agents (Finance, M&A). Nestor is becoming an open ecosystem.
